I grew up as a very active girl, playing every sport you could imagine. I was always one to have a competitive nature, and always strived for my full potential in anything I did. A few years ago I let myself slip while I was in college. I gained a fair bit of weight and struggled with self-image issues.
I remember flipping through my favorite fitness magazines thinking to myself, “ I would do anything to be those girls”.
About a year ago I decided enough was enough. I decided it was time to turn my life around. I hired my trainer and set a goal that I would compete after 8 months of training. I stepped on stage at the WBFF Quebec Championships and placed 3rd in my first ever competition in the Bikini Diva category after losing 55LBS! Only one week after my show, I got offered my sponsorship with this amazing company, Magnum Nutraceuticals, all at the age of 20! I can’t wait to see where my life goes from here. I feel so blessed to have had such an amazing year so far.
I hope to continue to grow in my own fitness journey, while inspiring others to follow their dreams. I am living proof that hard work and dedication always pay off and that no matter what the circumstances, if you want something bad enough, and work hard for it, anything is possible!
My training varies depending on competition goals & dates. During the off-season I tried putting on a fair amount of muscle mass, I cut the cardio to 3 times a week and lift 5 times a week. During my contest prep, I bumped my cardio to 6-7 times per week, and lifted 4-6 times a week, depending on my split.

My diet changes every two weeks to further my progression with my competitions.
I am usually carb cycling in order to keep my body guessing. Typical diet plan during off season:
Meal 1 – 1 cup egg whites, ½ cup veggies
Meal 2 – 3oz lean protein (chicken or fish), 1 cup veggies
Pre workout – Opus, DNA
Meal 3 – Post Workout - 1 scoop Magnum Quattro
Meal 4 – 3oz lean protein (chicken or fish), 1 cup veggies
Meal 5 – 4oz ground beef or steak, 1 cup veggies
Meal 6 - 1 scoop Magnum Quattro, or 1 cup egg whites
On High carb days
– I add ½ cup berries to two meals, and ½ cup yam to one meal.
