I grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and that’s where I took the Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma program at NAIT. I am passionate about continuously learning and growing and continue to challenge myself with new certifications. My training method follows the NASM Optimal Performance Training method and I am dedicated to NASM's Corrective Exercise and functional Training System.
I’ve made my way around the world chasing my itch to compete, passion for fitness, and goal orientated nature. I started my modeling career in the pageant world and finally worked up enough courage in 2010 to challenge my first WBFF Fitness competition. After two consecutive years of competing, I’ve found a federation to call home!! Over the past year I’ve implemented a lot of changes into my training program, and have made Magnum Nutraceuticals an essential part of my pre and post workout routine. I can’t wait to step that stage in 2012 with a newly prepped and Magnum powered physique.
I’m now situated in Saskatchewan where I run my own personal training business, Faith In Fitness. My passion is rooted in inspiring my clients to be their best and chasing their dreams to make them their reality. I have had the opportunity to help three clients in the past year lose 100 lbs, and multiple others gain lean muscle mass, shed extra pounds, and even prep for fitness competitions. I can’t wait to watch a new set of my ladies challenge the stage this year for their very first shows!
I have always taught my clients that there is no vision too big and no bar they can’t pull themselves up and beyond.I watch them work hard at their goals everyday and I think I owe it to them to put my whole heart into progressing their success. As a Magnum sponsored athlete, I love helping my clients fuel their bodies with the beast supplements to achieve optimal results!
