Hello friends!!
Now that my profile is up and running its time to get my butt in gear blogging away!! I want to start off my bloggingness by giving you all a rundown of my present life situation. If you have read my bio you have a good idea of my history in competing and the fitness world. But I feel I need to give some more detailed condition of my current professional life situation.

Since gaining my beaut of a sponsorship with Magnum Nutraceuticals I have been hired by the City of Winnipeg as a Primary Care Paramedic. I have currently been working on the street as a full time Paramedic for almost two months now and it is the most AMAZING career I could imagine. I love every minute of it and love how much I am learning and couldnt enjoy more the excitement and lack of monotony that my job offers me. Due to getting used to this new job and shift work of two day shifts/two night shifts/four days off (which I do part time Athletic Therapy and Personal Training in those off days), competing has taken a bit of a back seat. That, however, is A-OK since I am not needing to 100% focus on a show at the moment.

I am happy to announce that my training has been has been monstrously intense regardless and my primary mission at the moment is to start to piece together the best way to fit in competition training and dieting to my shifts and random sleep patterns.
