57 days 'til show time!
I've started to see some difference in my body in the last few weeks! I'm not gonna lie, I've been working my butt off since I started counting my 12 weeks out from my WBFF competition!
I've increased my cardio intensity, but kept the duration the same. 90 minutes/day everyday of the week!
I like to get my cardio done first thing in the morning. This way, I know it's done and and won't stress about fitting in the time!
As for my diet, I still enjoy a treat meal once per week and the rest of the time, it's bang on 100% clean!
I went for my assessment at ContestPrep.com and we are happy of my progress
I feel energetic, motivated and excited to bring the best I've got to offer! Over the last year, I've stayed relatively lean and still working on adding lean muscle mass. I am greatfull that I was able to work with Magnum and using their supplements helped me throughout the year. I continue using DNA, A Bomb, Big C, Acid, and Quattro until closer to show time.
