Prepping for two Fall shows is no small order. Couple that with a demanding work schedule, the rigors and joys of family life, and the pursuit of an MBA finding time to train and eat right can be a challenge.
I have found that is truly the key to success in any venture whether it be school, work, or a bodybuilding show. Careful planning and preparation ahead of time is the formula for staying ahead and on task. Late nights studying also can offer its share of temptations, one of major concern is the need to feed to stay awake and if you are not prepared gummi bears, cereal, and sodas can become your frienemy! Having alternative on hand that can kill a craving and keep you awake are a must. Enter stage left, Quattro, Opus, almond butter, Greek yogurt, water, etc. With this stockade readily available the late nights and busy days have been quite successful.
